Terms of Service

Renders are paid for with credits. Credits are purchased in packs through our payment provider, Mollie. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Credits do not expire. They are non-transferable and tied to the team that purchased them.

We show you the exact credit cost before every render. Credits are deducted when you dispatch a render and refunded automatically if a render fails on our end.

New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. We may adjust the amount of free credits at any time without notice.

You retain full ownership of the video and image files you upload. We do not claim any rights over your uploaded media.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of delivering the service: rendering, temporarily storing, and serving your files back to you.

Screen layout configurations (templates, source slots, canvas dimensions) are platform data managed within remap.video. They may originate from a connected design tool or be created in-app.

We do not access, review, or use your uploaded media for any purpose beyond delivering the service. We may collect and use anonymized, aggregate usage data (such as total uploaded volume, render counts, or processing times) to operate and improve the platform.

Uploaded source files and rendered outputs are stored and processed on infrastructure located in the European Union. Limited orchestration metadata (such as job scheduling signals) may transit through non-EU infrastructure operated by our cloud providers under appropriate data protection safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Source uploads are removed approximately 7 days after a render completes. Rendered outputs are kept for 30 days from the render date and removed afterwards. Job records, credit history, and account metadata are retained per Section 6.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit costs, or security measures
• Use the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Renders depend on third-party cloud infrastructure and may occasionally be delayed or fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed deadlines, or data loss.
